How do I register?
Click ‘APPLY TO ATTEND' in the toolbar at the top of the page. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of your complimentary pass within 3-5 working days.
Places are limited and all applications are subject to approval from the publisher
Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

How will my personal data be handled?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What is the cancellation policy?

Can I transfer or upgrade my pass?

How do I get to the venue?

Is the venue accessible?
We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.
Will food and drink be provided at the event?
Refreshments and snacks will be provided at the event.
I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
How can I access the translation?
The conference will be simultaneously translated into Portuguese. If you wish to use this service, we recommend downloading the Interprefy app in advance of your arrival, or you can also access it from your browser. To listen to the translation, please bring wired earphones/headphones with you, to avoid disturbing those around you. We do not recommend using wireless earphones/headphones as you may experience interference. If you are unable to listen, you can also access live translated captions. Please see instructions here.
